Nick Yamazaki :After starting his career at a Tokyo production company,Yamazaki moved to Paris and New York, where he spent six years working as a freelance producer. During this time, he collaborated with leading photographers on global advertising and editorial projects, developing a sharp creative eye and a deep understanding of high-end production workflows. His transition into photography began organically when he started shooting advertising imagery for a major cosmetics brand—one of his clients at the time—which led him to pursue photography full-time upon returning to Japan.
Today, Yamazaki works across both photography and motion. He specializes in 8K cinematography and advanced robotic camera systems, creating dynamic three-dimensional movements that were once only possible with CGI. His work focuses on refined, organic visual aesthetics that resonate strongly with female audiences, driven by his mastery of lighting and meticulous attention to detail.
In 2015, he founded LINC Magazine, an independent publication featuring contributions from internationally renowned artists such as Enrique Badresku, Marcus Olsson, and Paul Jasmin. His client list includes Guerlain, Kanebo Global, Shiseido, RMK, L’Oréal Japan, Microsoft, Benetton, TSI, Mark Styler, MCM Worldwide, Adobe, Eton Sweden, Haute Hippie, NOOKA Watch, Condé Nast, Takarajimasha, Neko Publishing, and Shueisha.Client list: Shiseido, RMK, L’oreal Japan, Kanebo, Microsoft, Beneton, Takarajima, Tsi, Sanei International, Mark Styler, MCM Worldwide, Adobe, Eton Sweden, Haute Hippie, Nooka Watch, Neko Publishing, Shuiesha, and others.
